You tried but you failed...

Imagine my excitement when one of my favorite shops decided to go 'online'? Welcome to the world of online shopping All Saints (and apologies purse strings!).

Whilst checking up on one of the best blogs I know (Style Bubble) I became aware that All Saints were available to me at the touch of a button, well a few actually, and at anytime day or night. Even better, within just a few seconds of browsing I managed to find THE outfit to see me through the festive season and especially New Years Eve - phew! So there I go, I placed my order and waited with baited breath for the parcel to arrive.
On ordering you are given a choice of where you would like the package delivered - I chose work to ensure I could sign for it and to avoid the Saturday early morining trip to the Royal Mail collections office!
So I waited, and I waited and I waited.... No they weren't so slow it's just that I have ordered virtually all my Christmas presents online and having had so many parcels delivered to home (unopened) I missed it's arrival. Hadn't I chosen delivery to work? Yes, I had - there's small failure number one.
When I finally opened the package at home I excitedly pulled out... The WRONG DRESS :o( My confusion increased when I noticed the tag read the right name? I know, I know, you're thinking "so send it back, what's the problem?" You'd be right. However, why should I have to go through all this palava - it's just so frustrating. This, for me, is key to providing a good reliable service. READ the order properly and pay attention to detail. I now have to arrange recorded delivery and claim the cost of this back from All Saints gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I shall keep you informed as to my progress.....
Come on All Saints, pull yer socks up!
