How dare I fault all saints! I have to say contrary to my previous post of ranting I have been made to eat humble pie. When I gave all saints a call I spoke to one of the most pleasant customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She readily admitted their mistake and has taken all possible steps to rectify them. So much so I feel I have made a new friend ha ha! SO...... Shop away on all saints - let's face it, it's pretty hard to resist.
I'm off shopping at lunch time so let's see what happens, will I be 'happy chappie' on return or 'let down with a frown'?
